The Administrator login is for the account holder or office manager. It allows them to see all of the extension settings.
Login ID: This can be your phone number, your customer account number, or your reseller username. Extension: The extension number will need to be provided to login to your individual extension.
The admin extension is always 100. (SimplyONE customers do not require an extension number.)
Skeleton Key Password: You can use your NextPBX Skeleton Key password which will provide access to all extensions.
This is the passcode you use to access your extension from the phone.

The Account Login provides the ability to view the entire account as well as have the option to change billing information and make online payments. This is the only login option for SimplyONE users and for users who do not have extensions.
Login ID: Your login ID can be your phone number, your customer account number, or your reseller username (in order to access your billing information you MUST use your account number as you login ID and the billing zip code as the password unless you have created a different password on your account). The extension login is for individual extension users to view and make changes only to their extension.
